Order & delivery

GENERAL INFORMATION

At Studio Pieter Stockmans we package our hand made items very carefully.
We rely on specialised transporters to ship all our orders.
Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer while making the order.
Orders are delivered from Monday-Friday during regular business hours.
When your order is ready for shipping, a tracking number will be sent by e-mail.
All orders can also be picked up in the shop.

Shipment costs are communicated for every order whilst placing the order.
The indicated delivery times are an estimation and are only valid for stock items.
